Postdoctoral Scholar, Mechanical & Civil Engineering, California Institute of Technology
Currently, I am a postdoctoral scholar working with Prof. José Andrade. I obtained my PhD in Civil Engineering from MIT. My thesis work on poromechanics of heterogeneous porous continua was advised by Prof. Franz-Josef Ulm while closely collaborating with my mentors Profs. Farhang Radjai and Roland Pellenq.
My research focuses on the emergent physical behavior induced by multi-physics interactions in complex materials with potential applications to environmental resilience, energy, advanced materials development and biological systems. I develop both theoretical models and high performance computational tools to advance our fundamental understanding of such systems across a range of time and length scales.
